I contacted SERVPRO to do the mitigation due to water damage and mold. Nicole handled the claim professionally and organized the cleanup. JJ and Nika the technicians arrived promptly and did an an awesome job. Entire operation from deploying the barrier to cleanup was done very thoroughly and professionally. Communication throughout was excellent.I will recommend their services any day.
We suffered a water pipe break on the third floor of our church with all three floors being flooded. SERVPRO arrived from 90 miles away in less than 24 hours (New Years holiday weekend in a snow storm) with a crew of three, truck, and equipment. National crew of 10 arrived three days later with more equipment. They worked 10 hours a day for eight days to empty damaged rooms, dry out the building and remove damaged sheetrock. Facility was fully ready for reconstruction when they were done. Most professional, courteous and hard working crew I have ever seen. They were very informative, and considerate, working around church services the next weekend. This was the most impressive experience I have ever had with a company!!! I very highly recommend this company.

Never had an emergency pack out and unpack before. Team treated our property with respected care. This was a well organized team led by Patricia. Team members included Luanne(detail oriented) and Eduardo and Darren who both did all the heavy work carefully moving through are condominium complex.
SERVPRO was super fast to get out here when we needed them. They always arrive when the indicate they will and have been absolutely wonderful to work with. We had Abe and Kamal here today doing demo; they were very professional and kept me in the loop as things were evolving. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO based on my experience.
