Our Story
SERVPRO Team Friermuth began in 1992, when Doug Friermuth opened the doors of his very first SERVPRO franchise—SERVPRO of Auburn/Enumclaw—out of a garage on South Hill in Puyallup, WA. With just one truck and a one-man crew, Doug built his business on hard work, trust, and a commitment to helping his community through life’s toughest moments.
In 2014, Team Friermuth established headquarters in Puyallup, WA, and has been growing ever since! Today, under the leadership of Doug’s son, Kevin Friermuth, we are proud to be a second-generation SERVPRO team with 13 franchise licenses across Washington and Texas. While we’ve grown, our values remain the same: serve our communities with professionalism, compassion, and teamwork.

Ninoska's entire team was AMAZING! Minooka, Robert, Arturo, Manuel, Luis, Amina, Lenox, Daren, Eduardo, Noha, Eliah, Tennessee, Devin, Milton and Luanne, it took this entire team to make our pack-up and move-out run smoothly. Believe me, this was a big, painstaking job being done during the hottest days of this year. Each one of these young adults showed up each day with a big smile on their face and maintained a great attitude all day long. I cannot thank them enough for all of their extra TLC!! Thank you! I recently had a water line break in my 4 yr old home soaking my living room and kitchen. After trying to tackle the clean up of all the water on our own we knew it was more than we could handle. I called up SERVPRO right away since I had worked with them in the past yrs. Here it was 1:00am my team showed up and got right to work on our home. My entire team that has been assigned to overseeing our reconstruction project has been very professional, respectful, friendly, understanding and I have got to say their communication has been top notch! The team has consistently made it feel like they were not strangers in our home which we absolutely appreciate! I want to give MANY THANKS to my SERVPRO team. You all are very hard quality workers & Absolutely Rock! LET THE RECONSTRUCTION BEGIN
