I cannot describe how above and beyond SERVPRO went during what was a traumatic event for me and my family. When my house flooded from a busted pipe back in September, it was the first time I had ever dealt with an insurance loss of that magnitude and it broke something in my brain. I didn't know what to do and I was absolutely terrified. Thank you so much to Rudy and his crew for leading mitigation efforts so competently, confidently, gently, and seemingly effortlessly. Rudy and his team were so fantastic that I basically begged him for his recommendation on a contractor to reconstruct my house following damage mitigation. He did point me to SERVPRO's sibling reconstruction biz, and I am so grateful for that. Rudy was so kind and patient with me, a man clearly being driven insane by his situation. This was my first insurance loss and I was absolutely terrified of everything to do with the process. Rudy was so calm and collected and kind. I am also super happy with how our stuff was treated, as SERVPRO also did pack out / pack in (so the reconstruction biz could rebuild our floors). Massive wind storm on Labor Day blew branches into roof which created a massive leak inside the house a week or so later when the rain started. SERVPRO was called in. Immediately they dispatched a roofing contractor – Rob with ARMCO, who mitigated the leak and tarped my roof. The inside team showed up – Kala and Marissa – they were totally professional and did an amazing job of explaining what they were doing and what the process entailed, they sealed off area from rest of house, removed wet drywall, pulled up carpet, went into nasty crawl space to check moisture levels through floors, etc.. . Several repeated trips afterwards to monitor and add or take away dehumidifiers.. Once area was dry - the team of SERVPRO construction was on the spot with Joe providing me with a very well detailed plan of attack on the entire process of rebuilding. Nate the craftsman, has been at the house doing drywall and texture, etc… I am extremely happy with the team of SERVPRO folks that have mitigated out leak issue. Great job folks! Highly recommend!
