This Company is 100% top notch! The apartment next door to mine caught fire and my apartment was destroyed from the fire department’s dedicated response to put out the fire. My entire ceiling was torn down and insulation, dry wall, water damage and smoke damage engulfed my entire home. My renters insurance uses SERVPRO for cleaning and restoration. I’m forever grateful that they were placed on my disastrous journey. 15 minutes after my insurance company contacted them about my claim Trenesse called me to schedule a walk through that same afternoon. She got the ball rolling to make the clean up and salvaging of my life’s belongings from this devastating event run smoothly and as easy as possible. Every single member of the team that I had were professional, kind, compassionate, dedicated, hard working, friendly and above and beyond everything that you would expect. Ninoska was in constant contact with me, communicating exactly what they were doing and what was happening. She was super sweet and helped me make difficult decisions. SERVPRO team came out today to finish my smoke damage that continues to exemplify the professional, respectful, hard working team as the day before. Luanne explained to me the plan for the day. She and Darrel worked well together. She would check in with me to make sure I was satisfied with her work which continued to be sparkling! Darrel was respectful, hard working and dedicated to doing a great job. The employees of this office are excellent. I just had the best SERVPRO team ever! Patricia was the lead, she was professional, polite, knowledgeable and informative throughout the day. Luanne was a great worker, pleasant, professional and gets the job done. We had a devastating fire in our garage and our home was damaged by smoke and water used by the firefighters to save the rest of our home. We are grateful to the initial team who came to our house. They were extremely professional in this difficult situation. It is really challenging to trust people to go through your belongings and this crew gained our trust immediately. They put away important papers, money, credit cards and pictures in boxes labeled "personal" so we could go through them on our own. When they found any cash, Patricia immediately texted me. Thank you to Patricia for making us feel confident that you would treat our things like they were your own and for putting a smile on our faces with your wonderful personality. Thank you to Mimi for continuing to do her best to lead the crew that is cleaning our belongings. Thank you to the initial team that has finished their part of this job. Big special thanks to our wonderful project manager Brent who has been extremely responsive to our texts and emails from the first day of the job, making himself available to answer any questions or concerns and helping us feel confident that he will do whatever he can to help us through this process.
