In a time of need. You don't have time to waste. SERVPRO responded quickly by sending a crew within hours. Crew chief Julian Martinez, Oscar and the rest of the team was phenomenal.
Starting with arriving when they said they would. After assessing my situation Julian told me his game plan including updating me of any changes. Julian and Oscar were extremely polite, overly helpful and I felt that Julian and his team really cared about my property to not cause further damage to anything as they relocated it.
Daily, SERVPRO techs like Felton would come over to check the machines and measure the dampness in the walls and floors and would update me on what was needed still to be done including informing me of areas not drying as well as it should.
All the SERVPRO team from Christy that took my information initially to the techs that came just to do the checks were courteous, polite and professional.
After the damage I received from this broken toilet supply line (cheap plastic connection on a stainless braided flex hose) disaster. You need something to move you to that feeling of normalcy again. I appreciate what SERVPRO did for me the get me heading in the right direction.
