We woke up Sunday morning with water all over the place. I thought, "oh no, good luck getting someone on Sunday." I called SERVPRO as they were the first company that popped into my head (advertising works!). Shane Parish showed up within an hour or two, immediately identified the problem (slab leak). further identified it as a hot water pipe (allowing me to turn the cold water back on), and had a crew out very quickly to start the clean up. My experience with Shane and SERVPRO was top notch from beginning to end and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. It is now Wednesday, the house is dried out, and I have contractors on site making necessary repairs.
