Noah, Dom and Sean were amazing!! So helpful and tended to every detail. They were so considerate of my blindness and making sure that everything was safe! They packed up all of my beautiful crystal in my China cabinet. They were spectacular and I would give them a 1000 stars if I could!

I’m leaving this review on behalf of my parents, who unfortunately had to deal with flooding and significant damage to their apartment. Today, after the repairs were completed by the contractors, two Servpro employees, Rebeca and Derek, came to assess the apartment and clean up the extensive dust left behind from the drywall and ceiling repairs. They were both extremely professional, but even more importantly, they showed genuine empathy and compassion. My parents are 93 and 82 years old and have been displaced from their home, living in a hotel while the repairs were being completed. Rebeca was incredibly patient in answering all of my parents’ questions and reassured them that she and Derek would thoroughly clean the apartment and take care of everything after the flooding, damage, and construction. She even explained that they would be removing and washing all of the textiles in the apartment, especially since some of my parents’ belongings had to be discarded because of mold. I cannot say enough about these two amazing employees. We are truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. When we returned to the apartment at the end of the day, the apartment was spotless. They exceeded our expectations and made a very difficult situation much easier for my elderly parents. Thank you, Rebeca and Derek, for treating my parents with such care, respect, and compassion. Servpro is fortunate to have employees like you.

This company was GREAT to work with after our tub leaked all over our floors and we needed restoration. Sean and his team were always on time, communicated clearly and were on top of every step. I really appreciate the company and Sean, they were fabulous to work with and I would highly recommend them if you are in need of water or fire restoration!

Our upstairs toilet overflowed and flooded into the hallway and bedroom next door, and then flooded our kitchen on the first floor, pouring through the vent, ceiling, and the light above the kitchen sink, into my office, and our living room. It was catastrophic, and incredibly stressful. Zach with SERVEPRO managed our remediation, and did an excellent job making us feel at ease and reassuring me that this was not the end of the world. Huge thank yous to Zach, Andrew, Kole, Dominic, Kyle, Dave, and Noah. Every member of the team really impressed me with their professional behavior and attitudes. Just a great group of young guys who showed maturity, skill, and empathy well beyond their years. Could not recommend this team more. Andrew was really conscientious and made sure that the sharp tack strips were removed, sharp edges were covered, and made my son feel like a part of the team - he got to be the "boss". Dominic carefully emptied all my damaged kitchen cabinets and drawers, so I had less time away from work. Kole figured out how to remove the tile in a way we could keep the old toilet installed until everything gets restored - that was essential to making our house liveable with 5 people!

Kyle and his ServePro team were exceptional. As soon as I found the small lake in our Main bedroom on a Saturday I contacted ServePro. Kyle was here within a couple of hours removing water and setting up blowers to mitigate the damage. He checked back on progress on Sunday and had a crew here on Monday to start the process to prepare for floor removal. The crew did a fantastic job in protecting our property from dust and damage while they worked to remove the glued down engineered hardwood. No easy task. Kyle and his team were on site everyday until the floors were dried and they removed the plastic sheeting protecting the test of our home. Kyle and the ServePro team were professional and were great at communicating with us and our insurance. God forbid we have another water emergency but if we do ServePro will be the first call.
