We had water damage in our kitchen.  Shane came out persinally and he and his experienced crew worked diligently to dry out all affected areas.  This group is the best in the industry!

SERVPRO did a great professional job for us.  They are professionals and always acted very professional in our house.  They took care of our house with great care and answered all of our questions.  We trusted them to come into our house when not at home.  SERVPRO called everyday after the service professionals checked the equipment to give us an update.  We are very pleased with their work and professionalism.

We woke up Sunday morning with water all over the place.  I thought, "oh no, good luck getting someone on Sunday."  I called SERVPRO as they were the first company that popped into my head (advertising works!).  Shane Parish showed up within an hour or two, immediately identified the problem (slab leak).  further identified it as a hot water pipe (allowing me to turn the cold water back on), and had a crew out very quickly to start the clean up.  My experience with Shane and SERVPRO was top notch from beginning to end and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.  It is now Wednesday, the house is dried out, and I have contractors on site making necessary repairs.  Finally, SERVPRO worked directly with my insurance company so there were no billing hassles to deal with.  If you end up in similar circumstances, you won't do better than calling SERVPRO. 

November 2016- Experienced water damage in our home and Shane came as soon as we called.  He and his crew went to work immediately to dry out the affected areas.  They all did a very professional job.  They were quick, neat, and courteous throughout the entire ordeal.  We were completely satisfied with their work and would certainly highly recommend them to anyone.

we were thrilled with our SERVPRO experience.  I called at 7:00 am on Labor Day with water damage, and Shane was at our house to begin the process of drying our house within an hour.  The process took 3 days and the technician checked the status every day.  Our questions were answered on site, and when we had follow up questions we always received quick phone calls back.  We had water damage in 5 rooms impacting, tile, carpet, hardwood, concrete and drywall.  and SERVPRO was able to dry out everything including the thoroughly soaked carpet pad.
