I had a serious problem with mold in the crawl space under a section of my house. I called SERVPRO of Kingston to inspect the area and contracted with them to remove the damaged insulation and perform mold remediation procedures. Although my problem was not an emergency, the SERVPRO team responded quickly, and, from the moment I called to the end of the project, I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, and the work was carried out in a professional and efficient manner.
