- John opened the business in April of 2016.
- Holds multiple certifications through SERVPRO as well as the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).
- Certified by the American Bio-Recovery Association (ABRA.)
- Has completed OSHA 30 training.

Vice President
- Heather started with SERVPRO in December of 2020.
- She has 20+ years of sales, business development and recruiting experience.
- 15+ years of leadership and strategic planning experience.

- Joe started with SERVPRO in October 2021.
- He's a graduate of Wilkes University.
- Focuses on Commercial Sales for our Hazleton, Dallas and Harvey's Lake Franchise.
- 20 years of sales experience.
Caitlyn Thomas
Commercial Sales and Marketing
Caitlyn Thomas is our Commercial Sales Representative at SERVPRO of Hazleton/Dallas/Harvey's Lake. She has several years of experience in inside and outside sales development.
- Caitlyn has experience in sales development with the construction, advertising and mitigation industries.
- Caitlyn also supports our Social Media and Marketing campaigns.
- Attended Misericordia University and studied Business Administration/ Marketing

Office Manager
- Kristin started with SERVPRO in June of 2019.
- Has a Paralegal and Business Degree background.
- Multiple years of experience in Administrative Office atmosphere.
- Co-Owned a business with her husband for 16 years.
Kerrianne Wardle
Reconstruction Coordinator
Kerrianne joined our SERVPRO team in 2025 as our Reconstruction Coordinator . She brings customer service and Insurance experience to our team.
Kerrianne holds a Property and Casualty Insurance license
Associate Degree: Business Management from Luzerne County Community College

Administrative Assistant
Ruth has joined our SERVPRO family in 2025 an office Administrator. Ruth comes to us with 10 + years of customer service experience.

Anthony Coburn
Production Manager
Tony started with SERVPRO in 2022 as a Crew Chief. Tony has since been promoted to our Production Manager role and is leading our Production Team.
Tony has 13 years of industry experience including castastophe relief support.

Ryan joined our SERVPRO team in 2025 as Production Technician. He comes to us with 7 years of experience in the industry. Ryan also has multiple IICRC certifications.

Brittany Joined our SERVPRO family in 2025. She has 6 years of experience in the industry and is WRT and ASD certified.

Ron Romanoski is the Reconstruction Manager at SERVPRO Kingston, Pittston City,& Wyoming County . He has 15 years of experience in Construction.

Our Story:
SERVPRO of Kingston, Pittston City and Wyoming County opened in 2016 by Franchise owner John Lazo. Located in Northeastern Pennsylvania the franchise operates from our Kingston, PA office. Our franchise goal is to provide the best customer service to our customers in the restoration industry. Raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, John prides himself on a work ethic handed down from his family. NEPA has a reputation of hard working people and what better area to operate a business where we set the standard for excellence. Our franchise has continued to grow every year from day 1 and we look forward to serving you for your residential or commercial needs.
