SERVPRO of Kingston, Pittston City and Wyoming County did an amazing job setting up our Emergency Ready Profile. They came to our property, spent maybe 20 minutes asking some important questions and walking around taking photos of our emergency shut offs. They even went as far as explaining how to get to the shut off, what keys open what doors, etc. We use this in our newbie training for every employee. They are not wishing you have a disaster so they can help you recover, they are there for you EVERY step of the way to PREVENT disasters from happening.
SERVPRO is our go-to clean up and restoration service provider, always!! They are very responsive and attentive to our immediate needs, no matter what time of day I call them. Their team is very knowledgeable and hard working; I recommend them whenever I can to our sister properties.
