This team, especially Nathan, Marla and Claxton, are absolutely amazing. They treat you like a friend or family member, are understanding to the fact that this is a hard situation, and take the time to explain things in multiple ways to ensure you know your options and the reason why things are being done. Our situation was a little more difficult to navigate. Our claim originally went to ServPro Wilson in the middle of December. They swore they were coming back after the holidays and middle of January, I called to find out where they were and they had no clue what I was talking about. Not only did they show up, they showed out and handled a messy insurance situation where our adjuster up and disappeared....
