SERVPRO of Rocky Mount exceeded my expectations more than I can express. When my lower level flooded because of a faulty water heater, I didn’t know who to call to help. They came the same day in the middle of a storm to get us dry and kept our moisture levels monitored daily. They packed up our belongings and kept everything tidy - more so than we did. They are courteous, professional, punctual, and they worked hard to keep communication between us and our insurance company. I can’t recommend SERVPRO enough if you have an unexpected emergency in your home. Everyone- including the owner- made sure that we were satisfied and informed every step of the way. SERVPRO of Rocky Mount responded to West Mount Fire Department for a water issue caused by a severe rainstorm that caused major damage to our department. Within a few hours of the initial call, they responded and started the process of relocating furniture and removing damaged structure material to start the water removal and drying process. After the insurance claim was processed, they began the additional repair process that was needed. Their team was always available to answer any question or concerns that we encountered during the entire process. Nathan was onsite many times to ensure all repairs were being completed as needed. All repairs were completed as necessary to restore our department to preloss condition. I highly recommend this company.
