Love SERVPRO. Arrived in middle of night. I was in a panic and they went to work immediately to stop my leak and all my anxiety. Cleanup started within hours. Very responsive to all my questions and communicative about process from start to Finish. Friendly and hardworking team. Would definitely recommend them.
After calling SERVPRO a few hours after the leak in my upstairs they were on site analyzing the damage and cleaning up. Within a few days they completely removed all the damaged material and installed equipment to begin the drying process. I also hired them to manage the repairs. Best customer service ever….. while traveling to South Carolina, I had a bit of an emergency with my car, discovered mold and called SERVPRO of Rocky Mount. They set up an appointment for me. I left my car there they fogged it. They did an excellent job. They gave me a ride to my hotel and picked me up the following morning even sent me a video of the condition of my car I highly recommend you call them SERVPRO of Rocky Mount. My hat off to the 2 guys that worked on my car so diligently and made it look almost brand new!
