This team, especially Nathan, Marla and Claxton, are absolutely amazing. They treat you like a friend or family member, are understanding to the fact that this is a hard situation, and take the time to explain things in multiple ways to ensure you know your options and the reason why things are being done. Our situation was a little more difficult to navigate. Our claim originally went to ServPro Wilson in the middle of December. They swore they were coming back after the holidays and middle of January, I called to find out where they were and they had no clue what I was talking about. I called ServPro Rocky Mount / Tarboro and they dropped everything and showed up for us. Not only did they show up, they showed out and handled a messy insurance situation where our adjuster up and disappeared.... They pack and move your belongings like they are their own, make aure everything was cleaned and perfect. My house looks better than it did before the water damage, and they honestly went above and beyond and expectations I ever had. I can not say anything bad about the Rocky Mount/Tarboro team, and I will recommend them fully to anyone that asks.
