We have used this servepro twice now. The first time was 6 years ago to completely re- roof our house, and now again to have a roof repair after a tree branch made a hole in my roof and to repair the water damage from the roof hole in our bedroom ceiling. Each time the staff have been pleasant, helpful and very accommodating to our busy schedule. Their prices are fair and reasonable (even though our insurance has been able to cover the costs). I will always call them first for any damage repair jobs from here on out. Special shout out to the Murphy satellite office!! Absolutely wonderful to work with Kyra!!

Amazing work! We had a water loss and they were there within 12 hours. From the initial inspection to the water clean up to the repair. The cleaning crew made the house spotless and everything was put back in place. Next step is the construction team to get the floors repaired and walls fixed. ServePro was GREAT, Especially David the PM. His team was also outstanding. Friendly, polite, cleaned up after each phase of work. kept us updated every step of the way. and after the construction team was scheduled went from picture 1 to 2 in about two weeks. the room was gutted down to block and stud walls, mold killed and removed. The best experience you could ever hope for, after a disaster.

After a family member accidentally hit the garage wall with an automobile, we suddenly had a garage open to the elements and unlockable. Our insurance provider quickly called in their preferred contractor, ServPro Nantahala-Franklin, and they began their magic! After immediate inspection and explanation, repairs began. Their first goal was securing the garage from the elements, then structural repair, then both exterior and interior refurbishing. The ServPro staff, from top to bottom, were on the job daily and fully engaged. Our chief onsite manager, David, kept us apprised of planning, scheduling and style and color selections. He was there from day one to the final inspection. They finished the job much quicker than I was expecting! What a bonus!
