SERVPRO of Oak Park / Ferndale

Dan, Josh, and Al were extremely professional and efficient during a stressful time with a basement water leak. They communicated the problem in a way that I could understand it and took care of things extremely quickly and cleaned up after. Plus they were just really nice guys. Highly recommend

From interacting with Erick on the restoration to working with Jack Pesha on the scheduling of the reconstruction, I couldn't be happier with the results. My kitchen looks exactly the way it did (maybe even better) than it did before the leak. Both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with all the work.

ServPro was quick on the scene, early in the morning of our house flood and got right to work from the get go. Daniel was very helpful in explaining the process and getting his team to work on boxing up all our items and moving them out promptly once the PODs were ordered to our house. At this juncture, ServPro has completed the Mitigation process and we are comfortable enough to now move forward and use them in the Recon portion of our house restore.

They arrived same day as contacted and also showed up on time. Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Very responsive

Great customer service and saved me money! This was the easiest part of dealing with a roof leak. I had water damage to a small spot in my 2nd floor ceiling that occurred months ago, I ended up getting a new roof and then had a mold inspection conducted by a 3rd party afterwards to determine next steps. The mold report did not find signs in the air, but still recommended remediation. I called ServPro of Ferndale to get a 2nd opinion and help on next steps. Gino looked at my mold report, came over the next day looked at my concern, went into my attic and gave me an honest opinion. Thank you!

Amazing, friendly and informative team. Very professional and helpful for my family during our time of need. Packing our belongings with care and helping organize our things really took a lot of stress off us in a stressful situation. Thank you again Servpro! Highly recommend! 5 stars 🌟

Hands down best provider for service with anything dealing with all issues surrounding any type of home issue or loss. Very professional and friendly, helpful and honest. I wish to never have to use this type of service again but if I do I will definitely call this team again. 10/10 id give 50 stars if I could

Erick and his team were incredible in the process of getting our home dried after a pipe leak. They were communicative, educational, and responsive to all of my questions. They got the mitigation tools into our home quickly and took care of moving furniture / flooring / cabinetry all in-house which made scheduling much easier. And, they handled communication with my insurance company to make sure that we received coverage for the work being done. Thank you all!
