Meet Our Team

Carrie is one of the owners/operators of SERVPRO of Oak Park/Ferndale. Carrie is very hands on, she tries to see every job and will do whatever is required whether it be to meet an adjuster and create contents estimates or lend a hand on a mold remediation job. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire and Smoke. Ms. Fanelli also has her Michigan Residential Contractors License.

Paul is one of the owners/operators of SERVPRO of Oak Park/Ferndale. He is involved with the daily activities, oversees our production department and crews as well as estimating. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Microbial Remediation, Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Fire Restoration.

Maria has been with SERVPRO of Oak Park/Ferndale for 12 years. She started as a Contents Cleaning/Restoration Technician and over time, she has worked her way to the position of Office Manager. Maria is skilled in Xactimate sketching and estimating as well as job uploads with DryBook. She provided office support to the crews and the usual daily duties of an Office Manager. She is a team-player and does what it takes to get the job done. She is certified from IICRC in Water Damage Restoration. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Gino is a Crew Chief and Estimator at SERVPRO of Oak Park/Ferndale. He has been with SERVPRO for 8 years, working full time in the summer and part-time while he's enrolled in college. Gino has the following certificate from the Institution of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician.

Dan is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Oak Park/Ferndale, along with his IICRC in Water Removal, Fire and smoke damage restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation. He has 15 years of experience with SERVPRO. Dan enjoys spending time with his family.

Alex has been with SERVPRO of Oak Park Ferndale for over 5 years. Alex was given an opportunity to move into a new position in the company, as Office Administration Assistant, he took it and is doing very well. He has been a great addition to the office team. He has a great disposition and attitude. He earned his certification in water. Alex enjoys working with his co-workers and appreciates his bosses. He said they are great to work for. He is eager to learn and move his way up in the company. Outside of work, his passion is fishing and snowboarding

Reserved, laid back, and always ready to work. Meet Allen/Al one of our SERVPRO Technician's. This is a good guy right here! Alan, likes his Co workers and gets along with everyone. Al has proven to be a great asset to the company with just a little under a year working with the team. Allen's goal is to become a Crew Chief. Al's hobbies are playing pool and basketball and also considers himself a media buff. Al has a fencing background and 3 years in restoration before joining on here with SERVPRO of Oak Park/ Ferndale.

Dro is a new member of the SERVPRO team and is hard at work to make a name for himself. He is a great employee and stays focused on his tasks

Josh is a technician here at the SERVPRO of West Clinton Township. He works hard everyday to ensure the work gets done efficiently. Josh has been with SERVPRO for around 5 years.

While working at your home you may see us in our personal protective equipment. This is simply to protect us from anything that may hurt out eyes or head and make sure we are visible to anyone working in the area.
