Came out quickly and mitigated a basement water leak. They start pulling up flooring and ripping out drywall immediately. They break what they pull up/off so it can’t be reused. Would have liked more communication and care in the mitigation (example: Nails weren’t removed, they were hammered flat). They worked fast and had the equipment (dryers and fans) to really get ready to restore. I used my own contractors for the restoration.
ServPro staff were at our house to mitigate water damage from basement flooding that resulted from an error involving repair/ upgrade of the city storm sewer system.
