Came out quickly and mitigated a basement water leak. They start pulling up flooring and ripping out drywall immediately. They break what they pull up/off so it can’t be reused. Would have liked more communication and care in the mitigation (example: Nails weren’t removed, they were hammered flat). They worked fast and had the equipment (dryers and fans) to really get ready to restore. I used my own contractors for the restoration.
ServPro staff were at our house to mitigate water damage from basement flooding that resulted from an error involving repair/ upgrade of the city storm sewer system. The staff who helped us with this unpleasant and upsetting experience were uniformly and consistently thoughtful, informative and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help us address a couple of issues that arose because of the need to move and discard furniture and equipment. While the cause of our working with ServPro was not pleasant, working with ServPro staff was a bright spot in an otherwise grim experience.
