    Tim is a Production Technician and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since 2016. He holds certifications in water and applied structural drying. He specializes in construction and is our go to handyman. In his free time he enjoys riding motorcycles.

    Reginald is a Production Manager and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since 2012. He holds certifications in water damage restoration, applied microbial remediation, applied structural drying, carpet cleaning, and fire and smoke restoration. He specializes in all restoration. In his free time he enjoys studying God's word. Also, a little unknown fact about him he is a retired Army Combat Medic.

He specializes in estimating and our estimating software. In his free time he volunteers as a reserve law enforcement office for his local county.

He specializes in laundry, ultrasonic usage, esporta usage, and content restoration. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family.

She specializes in keeping the office organized and having job knowledge from start to finish. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also a huge Iowa Hawkeyes fan!

    Rhonda is our Receptionist/Dispatcher and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since January of 2020. She holds certifications in lead. She will be the person you hear on the phone when you call us. She also helps with keeping the office organized. In her free time she enjoys riding side by sides, gardening, watching Netflix, fishing, going to flea markets, helping others, and volunteering at church.

    Leslie has been our Accounting/Human Resources department since 2019. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and attending her kid's activities. She also enjoys spending time at the local dirt tracks watching her husband race his IMCA stock car. A little fun fact about her is she has three miniature schnauzers.

Servpro of Burlington did an excellent job cleaning the carpets of a rental house that I took possession of recently. Previous tenants let pets ruins the carpets and they smelled horrible of pet odors, unlivable in my opinion. Not to mention there was also a flea infestation that had to be treated. Servpro worked me into their busy schedule very quickly and followed up with me a few days later to see if the smell was improved. Their cleaning service/product greatly improved the smell, if not eliminated it all together from the carpets. Great people to work with and very accommodating! Thanks again Servpro!
