Reginald is a Production Manager and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since 2012. He holds certifications in water damage restoration, applied microbial remediation, applied structural drying, carpet cleaning, and fire and smoke restoration. He specializes in all restoration. In his free time he enjoys studying God's word. Also, a little unknown fact about him he is a retired Army Combat Medic.

Anthony is a Crew Leader and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since 2012. He holds certifications in water remediation, carpet cleaning, applied structural drying, and ozone/hydroxyl. He specializes in estimating and our estimating software. In his free time he volunteers as a reserve law enforcement office for his local county.

Drew is our Soft Content Specialist and oversees the shop. He holds certifications in water remediation, applied structural drying, fire restoration, esporta/ppe, and carpet cleaning. He specializes in laundry, ultrasonic usage, esporta usage, and content restoration. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family.

Rhonda is our Receptionist/Dispatcher and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since January of 2020. She holds certifications in lead. She will be the person you hear on the phone when you call us. She also helps with keeping the office organized. In her free time she enjoys riding side by sides, gardening, watching Netflix, fishing, going to flea markets, helping others, and volunteering at church.

Leslie has been our Accounting/Human Resources department since 2019. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and attending her kid's activities. She also enjoys spending time at the local dirt tracks watching her husband race his IMCA stock car. A little fun fact about her is she has three miniature schnauzers.

I woke up one morning to find 6 inches of water in a basement after a downpour of rain the night before. Initially I called the plumber and then I called Todd as I have used him in the past. He arrived promptly, even before the plumber was finished. He told me they were pretty busy as a lot of people were experiencing water in their basements but would get to my house as soon as possible. I was surprised to see him later that day to start the job. The crew was professional the whole time and even moved my heavy contents back to their original spots. I would definitely use them again!
The crew who arrived from SERVPRO of Burlington to take care of my sewer backup were great. They were personable and professional during the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to call them if I ever needed them in the future.
We had two instances where clean up was needed. Our insurance company referred us to Jason and his team at SERVPRO but the second instance we knew who we wanted and that was SERVPRO as well. We found Jason and his crew to not only be efficient but professional and compassionate during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.
The basement of my business flooded with 3-6 inches of water after a downpour the night before. Since I had done an ERP with them previously I decided to give SERVPRO of Burlington a call. Their team came in and did the demo and drying that was needed in a quick and professional manner. They were always checking and re-checking the progress to make sure everything dried out fully. They were a friendly, courteous, and professional company.

We had noticed some staining on the ceiling by our fireplace and realized we had a leak somewhere around our chimney. That's when we called SERVPRO of Burlington to come and assess the damage, dry out, and restore. As they were doing demolition they were very good at cleaning up behind themselves and keeping the mess to a minimum which we appreciated.
I called Todd as soon as I noticed I had water in my basement. Him and his crew removed and replaced drywall along with setting up drying equipment. This saved me the time and hassle of doing it myself. I was very pleased with their work!
