Servpro of Burlington did an excellent job cleaning the carpets of a rental house that I took possession of recently. Previous tenants let pets ruins the carpets and they smelled horrible of pet odors, unlivable in my opinion. Not to mention there was also a flea infestation that had to be treated. Servpro worked me into their busy schedule very quickly and followed up with me a few days later to see if the smell was improved. Their cleaning service/product greatly improved the smell, if not eliminated it all together from the carpets. Great people to work with and very accommodating! Thanks again Servpro!
We put in an emergency work order due to flooding at our place of business. Servpro showed up extremely fast! Jonathan, Garyn, Anthony and Reggie really stepped up and got the job done quick and efficient. They took the time to explain everything they were doing/ going to do.
