My husband surprised me with a carpet cleaning by ServPro! My carpet just awful and I thought it was beyond cleaning because of our dogs. I really thought we would have to replace the carpet or tear it out. I was absolutely ecstatic when I got home to find my carpet looking like brand new again! Seriously! Like brand new! ServPro - thanks a million! I will definitely recommend this service to everyone I talk to!

Servpro of Burlington did an excellent job cleaning the carpets of a rental house that I took possession of recently. Previous tenants let pets ruins the carpets and they smelled horrible of pet odors, unlivable in my opinion. Not to mention there was also a flea infestation that had to be treated. Servpro worked me into their busy schedule very quickly and followed up with me a few days later to see if the smell was improved. Their cleaning service/product greatly improved the smell, if not eliminated it all together from the carpets. Great people to work with and very accommodating! Thanks again Servpro!

We put in an emergency work order due to flooding at our place of business. Servpro showed up extremely fast! Jonathan, Garyn, Anthony and Reggie really stepped up and got the job done quick and efficient. They took the time to explain everything they were doing/ going to do. Very professional but very personable at the same time. Felt like we'd known them for years. Would definitely use their services again! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a major leak in our camper which affected the carpet and laminate. Once I called they showed up promptly and set fans and a dehumidifier. The two people I dealt with were nothing but kind and professional!
