We just completed the demo portion of the major leak we had from our kitchen sink into our finished basement. Jose and his team did an excellent job and the space is now ready for rebuild. The process has been low stress and saved our sanity with what we needed to do to fix the damage. Thank you for everything thus far! Rory, Jose and team have been great and I cannot wait to have our basement back!

Jose and staff did an excellent job cleaning basement today.

Teresita and crew are amazing people who completed everything manager Rory quoted. They cleaned all of our basement surfaces with a safe botanical disinfectant after insulation where mice had moved into was removed. Nice people. We are very pleased and grateful.

After falling trees damaging my roof, John came and evaluated our issues quickly and professionally. He set up by fans and dehumidifiers. After consultation with my insurance , his team of Jose and George did an amazing job of rem c oving damaged walls, ceiling and insulation. They removed all the materials and left the work area clean. I would call them again if an another crisis arose.

We had a terrible mess in our basement from a plumbing issue. Serv Pro came out and had the entire basement emptied and cleaned thoroughly in two days! Jose and his team worked incredibly hard to get this job completed and I am very grateful for the professional crew they sent our way!! Thank you again to Jose and his amazing crew!!

Tonight I had the misfortune at my house, that needed professional help. I had the good fortune of meeting Teresita, John and Jose. They were all very friendly, polite and very efficient. The exceptional performance at setting all the equipment up in a timely manner was appreciated. I would recommend the company and the team members who were at my residence to night. Thank you.

Jose was an excellent manager of the project. He, Claudia and Ruth arrived promptly and worked efficiently and diligently, and were amazingly detail-oriented. Always considerate, thoughtful, and engaging. Jose handled the ‘sink situation’ with exceptional courtesy and alacrity. The crew are each true professionals in their respective roles.

The company I am subcontracting for hired ServPro to complete some mold/water remediation at a commercial building I am performing work at in Windsor CT. Texi and Jose came out this morning, Saturday of Labor Day weekend. They worked their tails off all day until the job was completed, and it tuned out to be quite a larger job than we initially expected. Extremely hard workers and good communicators with great personalities. I would recommend them to anyone else in need of similar work. Thanks Texi, Jose, Rory and the whole crew!
