You didn't have availability to come out for a few days but since I just needed the cushion cleaned you suggested I bring it by the shop the next morning. From the first conversation with Steve, I was impressed! We had to work on some mold remediation due to a shower leak and he was honest and helpful from the start. Unlike other companies, he didn’t use the fear tactic, instead just calmly walked me through the next steps. But what comes after was above and beyond...Steven and his team's delivery were impeccable. I was so impressed by their timeliness and follow through and communication.
