David, Paolo, Kyle, and Caleb were all absolutely amazing! We had a water leak in our home, and within an hour of calling SERVPRO, Caleb and Kyle were at our house getting everything taken care of. They were professional, kind, and thorough, and took the time to explain everything they were doing and what we could expect throughout the process. They also made sure everything was cleaned up and left in the best condition possible given the circumstances. Paolo was our project manager and came out promptly the next day to check on everything. She made sure we had her contact information and knew we could reach out to her directly if we needed anything or had any questions. David also checked in with us regularly throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. This was our first time ever needing SERVPRO, and the entire team made a very stressful situation so much easier. Hopefully we never need water mitigation services again 😂, but if we do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them. We will absolutely recommend SERVPRO of Richmond to anyone who needs them. We are so appreciative of how quickly they responded and how well they took care of us!
