Packout & Contents Restoration Services

The mitigation team led by Keith Boos worked with my husband and me to clean up water damage in seven rooms in our house. At the time this occurred, we were on vacation in Spain. Keith and his team immediately went to work bringing this disaster under control and talked with us several times by phone until we were able to get home. Keith was very attentive and gave us a sense of comfort dealing with him. We always felt he would do whatever it took to get the job done correctly. We feel Keith is kind, knowledgeable and professional and is the type of person that is needed in the stressful time when damage occurs to a person's property. We feel very fortunate he was assigned to our case.

You guys were terrific, especially Evan Slaasted. He was knowledgeable and polite the entire time. My husband is a contractor and very picky about cleanliness and details and even he commented about what an outstanding job the crew did as well. I never saw them in person, but every time I came home after they were in the house it was immaculate. The workmanship and detail was terrific.

I have been thoroughly pleased with the services that SERVPRO has provided during this entire process of loss and mitigation of the contents of my house. Even when they were returned, the customer service that I received was awesome. The staff was courteous, pleasant (in spite of the heat) and demonstrated an awareness of how customer references affects their service delivery. I appreciated their ease with customers and the care taken to explain the process and procedures on the cleanup, restoration, storage and the return of the contents of the house.

I have never dealt with a company such as yours. The staff is beyond exceptional. Everyone. To the ladies on the phone, to Brendan Sweeny & Chris Burch, Bob Morgan, and Tucker Poole put up with me on a few occasions. Finally, Danny who delivered my rugs. Each one of you have done more for me than you know. It was all handled immediately, professionally, but most importantly with genuine kindness. Thank you doesn’t seem quite enough. I was not sure what SERVPRO did as a company but my insurance company recommended "remediation" due to the water damage. I was surprised at what other services they provided such as pulling up drywall/ baseboards and hauling old carpeting. I am very satisfied with the thoroughness.
