I never write reviews but this company and situation deserve it. My house nearly burned down and almost lost everything. I hired Servpro to help me with this impossible situation. They were professional, responsive, and made a very very difficult situation much easier to handle. I had the pleasure of workin with both Pete and Chance. Pete kept everything on track and communicated clearly throughout the process. Pete’s patience with me picking stuff and explaining everything was unbelievable. I’m surprised he didn’t fire me. Chance was thorough and honest from the start. He fought for me with the insurance and got the money I was owed. There were some major issues with the insurance and even the city but their relentlessness got us through this very difficult time. All around great quality work and great people. I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you both and thank you Servpro!
