Dave Jones is the Owner/President of SERVPRO of East Round Rock. Dave graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Dave has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and restoration industries. Over the course of his career with SERVPRO, Dave has obtained the IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certification, Applied Structural Drying Certification, Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician Certification, and the Commercial Drying Specialist Certification. Dave also holds a Lead Based Paint Certification.

Bryan Zander is the Owner/General Manager at SERVPRO of East Round Rock. Bryan brings over 20 years of experience in the industry to SERVPRO, from being a property adjuster, sales manager, project manager, general manager and dynamic growth guru! Bryan truly understands every aspect of the fire and water restoration industry from the smallest details of projects to the largest commercial projects. We are proud to have Bryan as the leader of our team here in Round Rock!

Mace Ward is the Chief Operating Officer at SERVPRO of East Round Rock. He earned his BBA in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University and is currently in his eighth year with the company. Mace is deeply committed to serving customers and takes pride in showing up every day for both his team and the people they help.

Raised in Oklahoma, Mace and his family remain closely connected to Rogers County, where they continue to operate their family farm. Outside of work, he organizes the annual Lincoln Ward Memorial Golf Tournament, a cause that’s important to him and his family.

Kyle Alexander is Vice President of Reconstruction Services for SERVPRO of East Round Rock. Kyle has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and 17 years in Insurance Restoration. Kyle received his BA in Criminal Justice from Chapman University in 2002. Kyle moved from California to Oklahoma in 2008 and has been a vital part of the SERVPRO team during much of this time. Kyle is experienced in residential & commercial reconstruction as well as remodel projects and will work diligently to complete your job in a timely manner.

Gerald Thomas is the Director of Marketing and Business Development for SERVPRO of East Round Rock. Gerald graduated from Alcorn State University and is a retired Army Officer in which 10 of those years were spent as a Corp of Engineer Officer which entailed the management of various construction and reconstruction projects. Gerald has over 20 years of experience in sales management and marketing experience. In his new role Gerald will be responsible for the development and growth of the sales team, sales and marketing strategy. He is active in the community and is a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma.

Armando Mendoza is the Director of Commercial Large Loss for SERVPRO Team Jones. Armando has 24 years’ experience in fire, water, mold, HVAC cleaning, in residential and commercial projects. Previous roles he has held include Large Loss Coordinator of multiple storm events, Operations Manager of 75+ employee restoration company, and General Manager of 10 million+ a year restoration company.

His accreditations include IICRC Applied Structural Drying, Texas Mold Contractor, IICRC Carpet Cleaning, NADCA HVAC Cleaning, Fire Recovery, IICRC Odor Removal, IICRC Smoke Removal, Bloodborne Pathogen, OSHSA 30, ICCRA, HIPPA, and Texas HVAC A License. Armando brings passion for customer service and project management and believes the most important job is yours!

Shane Green is a graduate of University of Maryland and is the Commercial Large Loss Regional Director for SERVPRO Team Jones. Shane has 25 years of field experience mitigating fire, water & mold losses in the industrial, commercial, and residential fields. Shane has gained very valuable experience while performing the duties of Mitigation Project Manager, Emergency Response Manager and Large Loss Regional Director. He was an integral member of more than a dozen Hurricane Response Teams. Additionally, he was heavily involved in the recovery effort at the West, TX fertilizer plant explosion, Internal Revenue Service building aircraft disaster in Austin, TX, the Rosewood, CA Rosewood Mall catastrophe, Marshall Wildfires and many disastrous river flood and tornado events. In addition to vast field experience, Shane has also earned his IICRC Triple Master Certification with the following certifications: MWR, MSR, MTC, WRT, ASD, AMRT, JWR, JSR, JTC, FSRT, CCT, UFT, RRT, OCT, CRT. Before discovering the field of Property Restoration, Shane was a highly decorated member of the U. S. Navy where he honorably served as a Master-at-Arm.
