The bathroom looks great! The team did excellent work! They were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Took time to explain all details to me and answer all of my questions. Their hard work and expertise is greatly appreciated. The bathroom remodel went very smoothly - could not have asked for a better experience.

We recently had SERVPRO come and give us an estimate on a bathroom remodel! Gerry was very professional and immediately hit it off with my husband and I! He was kind and very open minded to anything that we wanted! He definitely puts his customers first, and did what he could to make sure we were pleased with the final outcome! Rusty and Rick were a two man crew, who primarily did all of our work! They both were very exceptional to work with! They spent a lot of time on the details, and making sure we were happy with everything before they would even start certain projects in the bathroom! There were some minor issues that they ran into with it being an older bathroom. They overcame any obstacles that they faced with this remodel! We had an image of what we wanted our bathroom to look like at the end, and it is definitely what we wanted and always wished for! We are all very pleased and appreciative of all the hard work that went into making this possible for us! Thank you so much guys!
