Meet Our Team

Ben is co-owner and CEO of SERVPRO of Ebensburg, as well as four other SERVPRO franchises collectively named “Team Weaver”. He is a proud veteran of the US Army and a graduate of IUP. He and his family live in Duncansville, PA where he helps coach his son’s baseball team.

Professionally, Ben was trained and certified by MFS trade school as a Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Technician and Kitchen exhaust Hood Cleaning Inspector. He is also a certified Esporta operator, holds a certification in Water Damage Restoration from the IICRC, and is a lead renovator. His dedication to excellence, expertise, and meaningful relationships has helped make Team Weaver one of SERVPRO’s top 75 franchises.

Jeff is co-owner and COO of SERVPRO of Ebensburg, as well as four other SERVPRO franchises collectively named “Team Weaver”. He is a graduate of Penn Tech and the son of a contractor. He lives in Ebensburg, PA where he is renovating his barn to host weddings or his family for weekend hunting adventures.

Jeff is certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, applied structural drying, fire and smoke damage restoration, odor control, and commercial drying. He is also an EPA renovator. His dedication to innovation, loyalty to his local roots, and willingness to do whatever it takes to do things the right way has helped make Team Weaver one of SERVPRO’s top 75 franchises.

Dave serves as the General Manager of SERVPRO Team Weaver, leading operations across the organization's Central Pennsylvania territories and helping ensure customers receive the highest level of service when they need it most.

Having started in construction at a young age under the guidance of his father and grandfather, Dave developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship, leadership, and problem-solving. He later went on to own and operate his own business, managing high-profile commercial construction projects and building a reputation for quality, accountability, and attention to detail.

Tracy serves as the Office Operations Manager for SERVPRO Team Weaver and has been a valued member of the team since October 2017. Bringing extensive experience in administration and accounting, Tracy oversees the day-to-day operations of the office while ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively. As the team's subject matter expert on all SERVPRO office operations, she is a trusted resource who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and helping both employees and customers succeed. Her dedication, organizational expertise, and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of the SERVPRO Team Weaver family.

As the Senior Restoration Project Manager for SERVPRO of Ebensburg, Steve is based out of our Ebensburg, PA Headquarters. As a graduate of Penn State University, he was thrilled when SERVPRO Team Weaver became the official cleanup and restoration company for Penn State University Park and their branch campuses. He and his wife met in State College and have lived in Central Pennsylvania for the past 25 years where he has coached soccer at the club level and raised their family.

Steve holds certifications in water damage restoration, Odor control, contents processing,and fire and smoke damage restoration. A former teacher, he is a skilled leader, trainer, and instructor. He built SERVPRO Team Weaver’s content management division from the ground up and now oversees a team of over 50 employees who handle local mold remediation, flood and water restoration, and mitigation. His dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and willingness to be available to his team has helped make Team Weaver one of SERVPRO’s top 75 franchises.

Evan is the Mitigation Lead Estimator for SERVPRO of Ebensburg. He graduated from IUP with degrees in Economics and Psychology. He and his wife live in Indiana County, so he splits his office time between our Indiana office and our Headquarters in Ebensburg.

Evan is certified in water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, commercial drying, applied structural drying, applied microbial remediation, odor control, OSHA awareness and compliance, and contents processing and handling. In addition, he is a certified crime and trauma scene bio-recovery technician. His extensive education, dedication to our community, and industry knowledge has helped make Team Weaver one of SERVPRO’s top 75 franchises.

Tera is the Director of Marketing for Team Weaver’s family of four franchises. She is a proud graduate of Penn State University, which fostered her love for all things Happy Valley. #WeAre

An accomplished artist and business owner, Tera was a well-known photographer in the State College area for 15 years before opening her own marketing agency. In 2022, Tera joined SERVPRO Team Weaver and now uses her experience as a branding expert, professional speaker, and published author to let her community know that one of the best restoration companies in the world is located right in their backyard.

SERVPRO is a family affair for the Nelson family as Tera’s husband is the company’s Mitigation Restoration Manager and her daughter works in Mitigation over the summer and when Penn State is not in session.

Steve is the Director of Business Development for SERVPRO Team Weaver. He oversees a team of Sales Reps who span Cambria, Indiana, Bedford, Blair and Centre Counties. A graduate of Shippensburg University and former football coach, most recently at Saint Francis University, he enjoys talking all things sports.

Steve is certified in Water Damage Restoration and has completed OSHA30 construction industry training. Retired from a career with the FBI and DOJ has brought a unique perspective to his role in sales and made him the person business owners, schools, and insurance agents call when they have an unexpected disaster on their hands.

Keith is the Field Operations Manager and Large Loss Coordinator for SERVPRO of Ebensburg and SERVPRO Team Weaver. As former GM for the company, he has experience handling every kind of loss and cleaning job which makes him an invaluable resource. His background in mitigation, construction, and management of large losses allows him to make quick and accurate decisions on his feet.

Keith holds our record for the most IICRC certifications which include Water Damage Restoration, health and safety, odor control, carpet cleaning, upholstery and fabric cleaning, applied microbial remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, journeyman textile cleaner, and master fire and smoke restorer.

Charles is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Ebensburg. His certifications include ECTP-Employee Certification Training Program as well as Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA 10 Certification.

Christie is a Sales and Marketing Representative at SERVPRO. Christie joined the team in 2020 having worked in the insurance industry for a few years prior to her new role at SERVPRO. She is a certified WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Kyle is our Large Loss Response Team and Storm Production Team Manager at SERVPRO of Ebensburg. His certifications include ECTP-Employee Certification Training Program as well as ASD-Applied Structural Drying Technician, OCT-Odor Control Technician, FSRT-Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician, and WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA 10 Certification.

Doug is a Crew Chief and Compliance Manager at SERVPRO of Ebensburg. His certifications include WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician, FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, OCT-Odor Control Technician and ASD-Applied Structural Drying Technician, from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA 10 Construction Safety Certification.

Michael is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Ebensburg. He is certified as a WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician and OCT-Odor Control Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Additionally he is a certified Crime & Trauma Scene Bio-Recovery Technician and has his OSHA 10 Certification.

Ryan is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Ebensburg. He is a certified CCT-Carpet Cleaning Technician and WRT-Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He also has his OSHA 10 Certification.

Bre joined SERVPRO in December 2021, as the Reconstruction Project Coordinator. She worked in the medical field for the past 7 years after graduating from Conemaugh School of Radiologic Technology. Choosing to totally change her career path has been very rewarding thus far. She loves expanding her knowledge and she is definitely learning a lot about the reconstruction process.

Karin joined us in 2022 as a Production Tech. Her attention to detail and leadership led to her being promoted to Content Manager. Her certifications include CPT-Content Processing Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and OSHA10. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and cooking.

Damion joined our us in 2022 and brings more than 20 years of mitigation and restoration experience to our teams. He holds Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) and Odor Control Technician (OCT) certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Edwin joined our team as a production tech in 2022. He is OSHA 10 certified. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, including his dog and cat.
