Our mitigation experience started with Travis who did a very thorough job evaluating our flooding situation which involved 3 floors. He answered all our questions patiently and was a pleasure to work with. He told us exactly what would take place with the rest of his team. We were also happy with our ServPro team members who did the clean up work. They were amazing because their work was neat, thorough and they paid attention to detail. Amanda was such a responsible team leader. She knew exactly what she was supposed to do and did it with accuracy and efficiency with the help of her teammates- Jordan and John. The attitudes, friendliness, and work ethic of all three team members made it easier for us to have to endure the stress of this experience. Even though John was new at the job, his work ethic and respectful behavior were admirable. Jasen, the project manager, was always available in person or by phone to offer advice and support for any of his team’s or our concerns. Finally, Jacob and Tyler listened to our concerns about our ceiling and wall that were open to the freezing garage and covered the open areas in our laundry room (with plastic) which were exposed to our garage so we wouldn’t freeze before the rebuilding could begin.
