This is the second time I have had the need to call SERVPRO. They are very prompt as they usually show up within an hour after my phone call. After review of what I need to solve my problem, they return within two hours to start the process. My estimate was higher than what it actually ended up costing, Mike suggested that I cancel my insurance claim since my deductible was higher than the claim. My refund check was delivered to me the next day. This company is prompt, reliable and does a thorough job, I would highly recommend them.

In 2000, Maureen Gentile, purchased the franchise SERVPRO® of Northwest Stark County and joined her father owner of SERVPRO® of West Akron. SERVPRO® of Northwest Stark County is your preferred local company for fire and water restoration services in Stark County, Ohio. Maureen joined her dad, John Caveney, who owned SERVPRO® of West Akron since 1990. In 2002 her sister, Laurie Kolenz, joined the family business.
