I recently had a flood disaster in my basement caused by the pipe coming out of my well exploding. We discovered it at 10PM. I called my insurance company first thing in the morning and they called SERVPRO. SERVPRO was at my house by 10AM with a FULL CREW to start cleanup and drying. They were not only prompt, but were very courteous. The boss of the crew gave me the full scope of their work. He also gave me a timeline when he felt the work would be completed. Our house was a disaster for us. We never experienced anything like the event and hope never to again. Extremely responsive and excellent service in a very difficult situation. We live in a condo connected to 3 other units. All electrical power starts at unit 1 and runs within each unit to our end unit 4. There was a major fire in condo unit 2 - destroying the electrical power source to our unit. Our unit did not have any fire, smoke or water damage - just loss of power for 9 days. Servpro was on site in less than 3 hours - installing a large diesel generator to provide us temporary electrical power. We decided to stay in our condo overnight- despite no heat until the following morning when Servpro had an electrician direct wire our furnace. It took 9 days until temporary power could be restored and the generator removed. In the interim, Servpro kept the generator running continuously and refueling as needed. The Servpro technicians were excellent; can’t say enough about the experience.
