The Medina Servpro team was outstanding. They came within 2 hours of our front load washer opening in the middle of the wash. Justin and his team were absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them. They were extremely professional, walked my wife and I through everything. They even were coming out during the holidays when this happened. They were even extremely respectful of our son who has issues with loud noises and made sure that their other team members knew and they had it in their notes. They went above and beyond, no need to look anywhere else, they were the best.
