I hope that none of you have to deal with a biohazard cleanup due to a death but if you do call ServPro of Medina. I live out of state and communicate with ServPro by phone and email. The Medina Servpro team was outstanding. They came within 2 hours of our front load washer opening in the middle of the wash. The water leaked into our finished basement bar and could have caused more significant damage, but thanks to Justin and his team, the cleanup and mitigation went very smoothly. Justin took great care of us and he worked directly with our insurance company so everything was resolved quickly. This is the not first time we’ve had water damage issues, and it was by far the easiest repair and restoration process I’ve ever experienced. Thank you, Justin and team! Happy Holidays! 🎄
Servpro of Medina did a great job drying out my mom's house after a water line broke in her upstairs bathroom. Justin, Scott, and Mike were all very professional and did a very good job. I can't thank them enough for all their help.

Justin and his team were absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them. They were extremely professional, walked my wife and I through everything. They even were coming out during the holidays when this happened. They were even extremely respectful of our son who has issues with loud noises and made sure that their other team members knew and they had it in their notes. They went above and beyond, no need to look anywhere else, they were the best.
