Michal Fosdick
Michal Fosdick is the President and Owner of SERVPRO Team Fosdick, leading one of the region’s largest multi-franchise operations serving the Cleveland and Toledo areas. Michal began her journey with SERVPRO in 1996 with the Barberton/Norton location and has since expanded her franchise group significantly, driven by her passion for excellence and a commitment to building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Her family-focused ownership style has fostered a collaborative culture and strong work ethic throughout the organization, empowering her teams to consistently deliver exceptional results. Outside of work, Michal is an avid sports fan—especially of the Cleveland Cavaliers—and enjoys attending concerts across all genres. Her energy, vision, and dedication continue to fuel Team Fosdick’s growth and success.
Dennis Fosdick
Dennis Fosdick is the Vice President of Operations at SERVPRO of Ashland/Richland.
Dennis has been with the company since 2000, joining the family business and following his mom's footsteps. Dennis oversees the day to day operations of our crews across 12 franchises in Northeast Ohio.
He has traveled across the country to help those in need, and puts his whole heart into caring for the community around him.
Melanie Fosdick
Melanie Fosdick serves as the Director of Administration for SERVPRO Team Fosdick, bringing over a decade of experience in operational management and administrative leadership. Known for her ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-paced, high-stakes environments, Melanie plays a key role in streamlining internal processes, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth project execution from intake to closeout.
She is passionate about team development, effective communication, and delivering exceptional service to clients and partners. Her keen attention to detail and strong commitment to accountability drive both day-to-day efficiency and long-term organizational growth.
Albert Atkins
Albert Atkins serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at SERVPRO Team Fosdick, which operates 13 franchises across Ohio.
Since joining the company in 2019, Albert has led efforts in community engagement, territory development, information technology, and digital media strategy. He plays a key role in strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and organizations across the region.
With a professional background in construction, real estate ownership, and property management, Albert brings a well-rounded perspective to helping clients recover from property damage and emergencies—whether at home or in the workplace.
Andrew Meyer
Andrew Meyer is the Director of Mitigation Services for SERVPRO Team Fosdick, bringing over a decade of experience in restoration and operations leadership. He specializes in large-loss response, franchise growth, and the development of high-performing field teams.
With a background in business administration, Andrew has successfully overseen multi-location operations, coordinated complex storm responses, and implemented systems that enhance efficiency, accountability, and cross-department collaboration. His leadership continues to drive operational excellence across the organization.
Christopher Bougher
Chris Bougher is the Mitigation Operations Manager for SERVPRO Team Fosdick, bringing over a decade of experience in restoration and disaster response. Since joining the company in 2010, Chris has grown from his initial role as Project Manager into his current leadership position, where he oversees mitigation operations and ensures that projects are handled efficiently and with the highest level of care. He is IICRC-certified in water damage restoration and is dedicated to delivering quick, professional, and compassionate service to clients.
Chris values the strong team culture at SERVPRO, often noting that working alongside such a dedicated group is one of his favorite parts of the job. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and exploring new beaches up and down the coast during family vacations.
Kym Gibson
Kym Gibson serves as the Human Resources Manager at SERVPRO Team Fosdick, bringing over 25 years of experience in both the manufacturing and service industries. Since joining the team in 2022, she has been instrumental in fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Kym is deeply committed to employee development, leading training initiatives and promoting personal growth opportunities that support both individual and organizational success. She also oversees performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, and policy alignment—ensuring a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment.
Sharon Pelkey
Sharon Pelkey has served as the Office Manager for SERVPRO Team Fosdick since 2021. She plays a key role in coordinating communication and workflow across departments, helping manage projects from the initial call through to completion. With a strong background in customer service, Sharon is dedicated to ensuring that each job is handled with compassion, clarity, and efficiency.
Her attention to detail and ability to streamline processes help keep the team organized and responsive. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending time with her rescue Lab, Elly—who keeps her busy with endless games of fetch and a demand for treats that rivals most humans.
Jeremy West
Jeremy West is the Director of Construction for SERVPRO Team Fosdick, bringing 28 years of experience in construction, including 18 years in insurance restoration. He leads reconstruction efforts with a focus on quality, timelines, and seamless coordination between mitigation and rebuild services. Jeremy’s leadership ensures that each project—from minor repairs to large-scale rebuilds—is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Outside of work, Jeremy is an avid golfer and competes in at least ten 5K races each year. He lives in Michigan with his two children, ages 9 and 13, and proudly holds the distinction of being the only SERVPRO Team Fosdick employee based in the Wolverine State. Go Blue!
Bo Thompson
James “Bo” Thompson serves as the Construction Manager for SERVPRO Team Fosdick, bringing over 35 years of combined experience in cabinetry, remodeling, and construction management. He spent 22 years as a skilled cabinet maker and installer, followed by 10 years as a business owner in the remodeling industry. Over the past three years, Bo has focused on project management and construction leadership, overseeing reconstruction efforts with precision and care.
Outside of work, Bo enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He’s an avid golfer, enjoys bowling, and finds relaxation in maintaining his yard—a passion that mirrors the same attention to detail he brings to his work.

Michal Fosdick, Founder and President at SERVPRO of Ashland / Richland, is proud of the company she has been building since 1996. Day or night Michal has been there for her customers when they need her the most. Her hands-on leadership style and sleeves rolled up approach earns her the respect, hard work and loyalty of her staff. Dennis Fosdick, Jr., Vice President of Operations, oversees day to day operations of the many crews that crisscross Northeast Ohio on daily basis. A graduate of Medina High School Dennis has spent his entire life in the restoration and construction industry. Dennis has traveled to over 17 states working through Hurricanes, Floods and Polar Vortex’s to help those in need. Dennis brings the knowledge he gained traveling the United States home to Ohio to help daily our friends and neighbors when an emergency hits home. Dennis shares the love of his company, sports and good steak with his son that he is grooming to be 3rd generation in the family business.
Melanie Tremmel, Office Manager, handles all in house operations. Melanie has been in the Customer Service Industry her entire career which makes her ideal for the many tasks she handles daily including Office Oversite, Human Resources, Customer Relations and Scheduling, and anything and everything we need to get the job done. A lifelong Parma resident Melanie recently moved closer to the office to be near what she loves. Safe to say if you have an emergency 24/7 you will hear Melanie’s voice on the line helping make it “Like it never even happened.”
Albert Atkins, Director of Sales and Marketing, oversees social media, community relations, information technology and territory management. Albert has been an owner and manager in the construction and real estate industries which has taught him a wide range of skills that enhance the customer experience. Having a large blended family Albert has honed his skills in negotiations, diplomacy and patience along the way. If you are looking to talk business Albert prefers it to be on the beach or the tennis court on Cleveland’s westside.
