For the second time in row, ServePro delivers the best results. Almost 10 years ago after an electrical fire badly damaged my house, ServPro arrived highly professional, trained, motivated, and prepared to do their finest work. They quickly removed all the damaged materials and cleaned every surface in the house to be spotless and free from smoke. Now, just recently, my sewer pipe clogged and flooded my basement. I called ServPro and again they delivered the best results. They are never disruptive. You rarely notice them. But they work hard, quickly and professionally. When they left, every crevice was sparkling clean, and all mold was remediated. Jeri Rank, an employee at the local office, helped me work through the frustration. She took care of the hiccups and was the go-between for Servpro and myself. Jeri's professionalism and knowledge of Servpro makes me want to continue working with the company. All of my concerns were addressed and any problems that came up were solved because Jeri communicated my frustrations when I could not. Jerri and her team did an outstanding job mitigating my water damage. From the time I called they immediately got the information to the building that was needed to begin work and worked with my insurance company to ensure the bills were sent appropriately and in the manner requested by my insurance company. The demo work and placement of drying fans was professionally done. They also helped me fight with the building to ensure they paid for the replacement work they were supposed to pay. I was very happy with the results.
