From the time I called they immediately got the information to the building that was needed to begin work and worked with my insurance company to ensure the bills were sent appropriately and in the manner requested by my insurance company. The demo work and placement of drying fans was professionally done. They also helped me fight with the building to ensure they paid for the replacement work they were supposed to pay.
