We had a pipe break in the basement that created severe water damage. SERVPRO of NHP/Mineola took care of everything including providing information to the insurance company. The basement looks like new. Hopefully we do not have another problem in the future, but if we do, we will definitely call SERVPRO of NHP/Mineola.
I had major flooding in my basement a couple of weeks ago & was overwhelmed with the damage it had caused. I didn't know where to begin or what steps to take next. Luckily SERVPRO was highly suggested by my brother who had used their services in the past & had a great experience with them as well. I CANNOT express how RELIEVED I was once I had gotten them on the phone. The owner of SERVPRO walked me through everything thoroughly & let me know to immediately call my insurance which would handle the claim & that was a major relief. He immediately got in touch with his awesome crew & they were here in no time. There was so much work & cleaning up to be done along with disinfecting my entire basement, the removal of water, mold, the damage of my laminate floors which they had to remove completely & the removal of my panels about 2ft. up off the ground all the way around my entire basement. The project manager & his guys went above & beyond to help me get this situation under control. They wasted no time & worked round the clock to get everything taken care of in due time. I was super impressed. They worked neatly, quickly, efficiently & had the best equipment to ensure no more damage or dirt/saw dust would occur to my furniture or basement. They left everything as clean as possible & disposed of all the damage without a trace. Most importantly the crew was very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful & I loved the work they performed.
