I recently had Minot Servpro at my home for a water leak. They were right on top of it. Their employees were considerate & did an awesome job. They were extremely careful with my furniture as they moved it out into another room quickly. Once the carpet & pad were dry, Aiden & Jacob returned to put my furniture back in the room. They took out the wet carpet and wet Sheetrock & disposed of it for me. They returned to put all my furniture back. The employees at my home were Jacob, Gage, Konner, Tyler, Curtis, Navanna, & Lindsey. I hope I haven’t missed any employee that was involved with my cleanup. Thank you to Cale for having his employees come to put my furniture back. I would highly recommend Servpro in Minot to assist you with any water issues. They all were kind & efficient.

Wyatt and Curtis came and cleaned my home today. They cleaned so many things that I never would have expected. Both men were very friendly and professional. They take great pride in their work. Tim was so kind and explained how things were going to happen. He answered my many calls with questions I had as things progressed. Mark was my project manager. He was a perfectionist in every aspect of his work. He noticed things that I did not notice that weren't up to his standards. He was prompt with answering my many texts and phone calls. He always had time to talk to me and did not hurry me through our conversations. He helped me with little extras. He had to explain things to my insurance company when they didn't understand the process. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. Servpro is very fortunate to have him.

I had 2-3 inches of water through out my basement, after receiving 8-9 inches of rain in a few hours. The crews that came, over a 3 day period, were friendly, polite, respectful of my belongings and professional. Gage was particularly nice and easy to work with. He informed me of the process at all times, and worked well with his crews. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they were able to get to me because our town had lots of people with basement issues. They had multiple crews working hard to help us. I would definitely use Servpro services again if needed, which I hope never happens!! But if it does I know who to call!!

I've dealt with Servpro (Minot) for several issues, and I have always had incredible service and response. On my lastest problem, everyone was incredible from the people in the office to the guy who came in to repair the ceiling in my garage. My hat is off to Mark Krueger. The ceiling repair is indistinguishable from the original sheetrock, right down to the texturing. Amazing work. I know where you are when I need you again. Thanks!

The franchise which was originally started back in 2011, has been a trusted Minot company for over a decade. Annually, helping hundreds of homeowners when they are faced with disaster from fire, water, and mold damage.
As owners of Absolute Comfort in Minot, their business model aligned similarly with SERVPRO® services and they saw an opportunity to extend their management philosophy to a new field in their industry. Their commitment to quality, honesty, and bringing peace of mind to those facing emergency home problems has now been combined with the SERVPRO brand.
Being local owners, Ryan and Lance want to contribute to the community. They do this by not only offering 24/7 service, but by giving back through youth sporting activities. This includes sponsoring programs such as: Minot Hockey Boosters, Minot youth baseball, Minot youth basketball, Bishop Ryan Girls Basketball team, the Minot Minotauros, the Sabre Dogs Baseball team and a variety of other youth sports. They believe in improving the quality of life within our community and helping out whenever a homeowner is in crisis.
