Meet Our Team

Wendy is our General Manager at SERVPRO of Minot and Bismarck. She has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. She manages office, production, and marketing/sales staff as well as ensuring that the customers needs are being met on all jobs. She is charged with creating a long term vision for the company. Customer satisfaction is very important to Wendy and she strives for SERVPRO to give 5 Star Service.

Sheree is our Office Manager. She likes taking motorcycle trips with her husband and enjoys the Minot community. Her daily tasks include managing Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, HR, and helping to manage our Reconstruction accounts.

Phil is the Reconstruction Department Manager for SERVPRO of Minot and Bismarck. His daily tasks are creating estimates, ordering materials, and scheduling reconstruction projects. Phil loves playing with his grandchildren and fishing. He enjoys managing projects that always have something different or new to keep things challenging and rewarding.

Brandi is our Assistant Office Manager and is in charge of handling Production and Mitigation operations. She enjoys camping with her family and hunting. Her daily tasks include estimating, accounts billing, and coordinating mitigation crews.

Cale is the Production Manager for SERVPRO of Minot and Williston. He has nearly 10 years of experience in the mitigation industry and has certifications from the IICRC.

Cale's main priority is making sure the customer is taken care of. He makes sure that our team is trained and ready to handle any issue that a customer may face and communicates with the customer throughout the process.

In his spare time Cale loves pickleball and playing drums in his band. He and his wife also love spending time outdoors.

Chris is or Sales and Business Development Manager at SERVPRO of Minot. His main focus is establishing relationships with clients and develop new relationships to help grow SERVPRO. Chris has a great outgoing personality and loves talking to people about what we do at SERVPRO. During his down time Chris enjoys spending time with his 2 kids and watching their sports activities.

Lindsey is an Administrative Assistant and Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Minot and Bismarck. Lindsey works with customers on both the mitigation and reconstruction process and prides herself on being very detail oriented. In her free time Lindsey loves camping and going to rodeos.

Ashley is an Administrative Assistant and Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Minot. Ashley has several years of experience in office management and has jumped right in on the mitigation industry. She has a strong passion for taking care of customers and always makes sure their needs are met. In her spare time Ashley loves the outdoors and working on projects with her husband.

Tim is a Reconstruction Estimator for SERVPRO of Minot. Tim is a recent graduate of Minot State University with a degree in Business and grew up in Garrison ND. Tim has quickly caught on to the construction industry and works closely with our customers and their insurance companies to take care of getting their home rebuilt as quickly as possible.

In his spare time Tim enjoys reading, hiking, fishing, and is learning to play golf.

Travis is a Reconstruction Estimator for SERVPRO of Minot. He has many years in the construction industry including several years of owning and operating his own construction business.

Travis is a big football fan and specifically the Vikings. In his free time he enjoys time with his family at the lake.

Mark Krueger is a Construction Superintendent at SERVPRO of Minot. He has been working in the construction industry for many years and has tons of knowledge and experience. Mark prides himself on a job well done and strives for customer satisfaction.

Matt is the Assistant Production Manager at SERVPRO of Minot. Matt has a passion for taking care of customers and making sure they get the best possible service. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his friends and the outdoors.

Jaydon is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO in Minot. Jaydon has shown dedication and skill quickly in his position and expressed that taking care of the customer during their difficult situations is what interested him most about this position.

Little known fact about Jaydon, he is a VERY good cornhole player!

Jacob is a new Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Minot. Jacob comes to SERVPRO with a work history in the oil fields of North Dakota. While the mitigation industry is new to him, he is no stranger to hard work. Jacob has shown that he can take on all aspects of the job and has great work ethic. We can see he has a bright future with our team.

Jacob has a interest in cars and motors and in his spare time likes to enjoy those hobbies.
