As far as drying my home from a water leak they were good, as far as there subcontractors replacing my oak floors ...an absolute terrible experience (note those pictures are different boards in the same room that are raised and not level), not taking responsibility for a gas leak from my stove after leaving a loose fitting and not replacing the flexible gas line as per regulations (one time use) leaving me with a $219 bill after I was told to call the gas company and have them billed because I smelled gas. Dishwasher never secured in place (the gas company man actually asked me if they left the dishwasher like that). I would love to share the message dialog with my project manager denying responsibility. If and when ServPro makes things right I will amend my review. I was contacted by my project manager this morning and the gas repair bill has been paid and the floor issues will be taken care of Saturday 8/1/26. I upgraded from 1 to 4 stars as ServPro did stand up and repairing my flooring.
Servepro was recommended to us by our insurance company after we had a water line bust and flood our house. They had a team at our house in a few hours from when we called. This excellence is why we called them to rebuild our deck, even after their storm repairs were finished! Servpro of Hendersonville acted quickly to provide water remediation and repairs to my sunroom after the recent ice storm. Their staff was always very courteous and prompt in providing these services. I would definitely use them again!
We had a kitchen fire that damaged cabinets and wooden flooring and smoke damage throughout the rest of the house. Servpro mitigation services showed up within hours and the next day a small army arrived to clean the house and everything in it, then emptied the house of furniture, etc and then demoed the damaged areas over a couple of weeks. We then employed Servpro restoration services and they coordinated the painting, flooring, new cabinets, electrical, plumbing, etc. resulting in a brand new house interior essentially. We found everyone professional, personable and receptive to our concerns.
We had major water damage to our kitchen from a water leak. Servpro provided mitigation as well as reconstruction of a new kitchen. Every one of their employees was professional, competent, and cooperative. The project manager went above and beyond in helping us.
Our house experienced catastrophic damage from a leak in a hot water line underneath. The damage mitigation crew led by Melissa, came in and assessed the damage and removed everything that was in need. This turned out to be 100% of our floors, the kitchen, both bathrooms, everything. It was then turned over to Todd, our project manager. He went above and beyond to not only repair the damage, but give us a new house.
