It is not often today you find contractors who do what they promise when they promise. We recently had a water/mold incident in our home that caused considerable damage and required a restoration company to make the necessary repairs. We contacted John Bowles, owner of SERVPRO, to assess the water damage. The repairs were going to require us to vacate our home for three weeks.
