Lori and Maddie, in addition to John, were amazing. When we reached out to John on a Sunday night after finding cigarette smoke in one of our rental properties, John called us back in minutes and Lori and Maddie were out before 9 a.m. the next morning! Lori and Maddie were so prompt and kind and provided excellent customer service!!

Our basement is now dry and ready for restoration/remodeling. The restoration has been completed and I want to say thank you for the professional and prompt response. Walls were painted (Thank you Martin), cabinets and flooring installed (Thank you Augustine and crew), and supervised by Marcos (Thank you). The entire project was managed by Todd Puckett who deserves a special thank you for putting up with me! I highly recommend SERVPRO and their entire staff from start to finish. Thanks again!

Back a few weeks ago I had a plumbing problem at my home. I had a good bit of water damage. I needed a restoration company and I was not sure who to call and a friend recommended SERVPRO. I called them and the very next day they sent a crew out to check out the damage and let me know what I needed. They got right to work that day cutting out all the flooring and carpet that was damaged and they brought in dehumidifier’s and fans. They came back the next day to remove some ceiling and see how everything was going. I had to keep all the equipment for several days but they came out several more times to check on the drying progress. Once everything was dry they came out to remove all the equipment. Patrick and Nick were the two guys that did the work and they were both so kind and very professional. I ask many questions (probably way too many) and they answered them all. They always called before coming out to see if it was a good time. They cleaned up after the work they did. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO and Patrick and Nick were the best!! I know if I ever had this problem again (I hope I don’t ) I know who to call. Thank you SERVPRO for doing such a great job and thank you Patrick and Nick. They were also so nice to my little dog Bodi who was really stressed out with everything that was going on.

We had a water leak in our kitchen and SERVPRO was on scene within 2 days of our insurance claim. Everyone was so knowledgeable and kind during this whole ordeal. Tim and Tracey gave step by step details on what was being done and when it would happen. Nick, Jay, Dean, and Patrick were thorough yet speedy with any part of the job they were doing. We were so impressed that we have hired SERVPRO to do the repairs that need to be done. These folks are so professional and great to work with. We are so pleased with their quality!

Tim and the rest of the crew from SERVPRO of Hendersonville did a great job dealing with my water-damaged house. They arrived shortly after I called and began installing special dehumidifiers, fans and floor-drying mats for the wood floors. Tim did a great job communicating throughout the process, explaining everything and answering all my questions. The crew returned daily checking moisture levels, and a few days later they were able to remove all the equipment. Their team was knowledgeable and reliable.
