My parents have a rental unit in Beaufort, NC that I help them manage. After their renters contracted Covid, I needed to disinfect the unit before the next guests arrived. I contacted SERVPRO of Carteret and East Onslow Counties on a Thursday and spoke with Dakota. She was incredibly accommodating and professional, understanding the urgency of my request to have the unit cleaned by Sunday. Despite their fully booked schedule, they managed to rearrange their appointments to fit me in.
