Within just a couple of hours of our business being cleared for entry, SERVPRO showed up and worked tirelessly to assist us with our goal of reopening only 48 hours later from the event. SERVPRO is one of three mitigators I use on a regular basis in my role as the claims manager. SERVPRO has adhered to my three demands for the twenty years I have been using them for claims. Number one, I have to trust them because I am sending them into houses in most cases are owned by absentee owners. I have never had a complaint of missing items. Number two, if they cannot get to the damage quickly they must tell me. They have always been honest with me in this case. Number three, I don't need to hear the good news but I insist on hearing the bad news about a claim. SERVPRO has earned my trust!
