    Dakota - Office Manager

    Dakota is SERVPRO of Carteret and East Onslow Counties Office Manager. She has been with SERVPRO since 2015. Dakota loves her pups Eloise and Mabel, doing home projects with her Husband Taylor, and laying out on the beach with her friends and family! Dakota is a big asset to our SERVPRO team and we are very thankful for her! Dakota is also IICRC certified in water and certified in all levels of Xactimate.

    Fun Fact: Dakota is the longest SERVPRO working emplyee we have here! She has been here, as of this year, 7 years!

    Megan - Operations Manager

    Megan is our Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Carteret & East Onslow Counties. Megan has been with SERVPRO since 2018 and has had her contractors license since 2015. Megan and her parents currently own SERVPRO of Carteret & East Onslow and she is loving every minute of it! Megan loves living near the coast, drag racing and her dog Hank! Megan is also IICRC certified in water.

    Fun Fact: Megan is also in charge of managing all our social media and our website, she is also writing all this right now :)

    Timmy - Production Manager

    Timmy is SERVPRO of Carteret & E Onslow's newest member! Timmy has come on board with us as our new Production Manager, he started this position in October 2022. He has so many different skills to be able to carryout this position the best it can be done.We are so proud of the work he has done so far, he is a big asset to our team!

    P.S Do you recognize that last name? Timmy is Megan(our operations manager's) husband, Hanks dad, and also Brent and Nancy Roberson's son in law! We truly are one big family here!

    Tommy came on board with SERVPRO in December of 2022, he is our Reconstruction Manager and he is killing it! We sure keep him busy but he is doing a fantastic job getting them finished quickly and proficiently. Tommy was over the reconstruction department at his previous job so he has the knowledge and skills to be the best!

    Shelley came to join our team in early 2023, she came on board as our head estimator and she has been a gift and a joy to work with ever since! Shelley has been a production estimator for many years, so to say the least, she's a pro!

    Philip has worked with SERVPRO for a few years but just came to work with us in 2020. Philip was employed as a technician but he has been dabbling in estimates, he has quickly moved up to production crew chief. Phil is a hard worker and is a very dedicated employee, we are so thankful he chose to come work with us! Phil is also IICRC cerified in Water.

    Fun Fact: Phil has always wanted to be on Storm Team and this year(2022) he was able to go remediate homes and businesses that were affected from Hurricane Ian!

    Bobby joined our SERVPRO of Carteret family mid 2022, he has experience with SERVPRO since he previous worked at a SERVPRO in another area. Bobby loves spending time with his son and listening to gospel music, he has been a big asset to our team and we are so thankful to have him on board. Bobby has fit in so perfectly with our team and we love having him here with us!

    Fun Fact: Bobby is originally from Onslow County and moved away and after all these years he has returned back!

The service we received was beyond excellent. I cannot put into words how appreciative our company is for the work SERVPRO completed after we experienced a fire and water damage. SERVPRO is one of three mitigators I use on a regular basis in my role as the claims manager. SERVPRO has adhered to my three demands for the twenty years I have been using them for claims. Number one, I have to trust them because I am sending them into houses in most cases are owned by absentee owners. I have never had a complaint of missing items. Number two, if they cannot get to the damage quickly they must tell me. They have always been honest with me in this case.
