Meet Our Team

Eric is an Operations Manager here at SERVPRO of Big Rapids/Fremont.

Upon joining our team in 2015 he has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (llCRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning. Other experience with Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration and Bio-Hazards Clean Up.

When Eric isn't working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his girlfriend and dog. Eric loves camping and racing dirt bikes, and can often be found in his garage tuning up his bike for his next race.

Adam is one of our Project Managers here at SERVPRO Big Rapids/Fremont. Adam comes with a lot of experience in the construction field and has been an amazing addition to our team. Adam is full of knowledge but most importantly he shows great leader skills. Always willing to help others and isn't scared to get his hands dirty when in the field.

Casey is one of our Project Managers! When he's not doing estimates, he oversees jobs, including specialty jobs, such as soda blasting, spray sealing, and mold remediation. Casey is married, and they have one daughter. He enjoys learning new things, and overcoming new challenges. He loves cars, going on vacations, country music, concerts, and family outings. He served in the United States Marine Corps, and we are extremely grateful for his service.

Nate is one of our hardworking project managers here at SERVPRO of Big Rapids/Fremont.

Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and dog. In his free time, he likes to hunt, fish, and play video games!

Tony is one of our hardworking project managers at SERVPRO of Big Rapids/Fremont! Upon joining our team in 2023, he has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. Outside of work, Tony is an awesome cook and loves to entertain friends. Summertime is his favorite season where warm days on the boat are what the doctor ordered. Tony has a lot of knowledge and is always willing to teach.

Jess is one of our Project Managers here at SERVPRO Big Rapids/Fremont. Jess comes with a lot of experience in the construction field and has been an amazing addition to our team. Jess is full of knowledge but most importantly he show great leader skills. Always willing to help others and isn't scared to get his hands dirty when in the field. Jess is a proud grandfather to some of the cutest kids and you'll always catch him rooting for Michigan Football.

Sarinsa is our Contents Project Manager here at SERVPRO of Big Rapids/Fremont! She's in charge of leading jobs, motivating her co-workers, and managing job efficiency. Sarinsa is a busy mom to her 2 beautiful daughters and she will never pass on some good Chinese food

Kaleb is our Project Manager Assistant here at SERVPRO Big Rapids/Fremont. Kaleb has been apart of our team for couple of years and comes with a lot of knowledge in the restoration field. He always brings laughter to our team and will be the first in line to offer help to others. Kaleb is a proud dad to his fun loving daughter and he is always passing around snacks to keep everyone feed around the shop.

Dawn is our Marketing Director at Big Rapids/Fremont. Upon joining our team in 2017 she has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (llCRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning. Other experience with Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration.

Dawn loves Spending time in the outdoors! Some of her favorite activities include fishing, hiking, and camping!

Ben is our Business Development Representative at SERVPRO of Big Rapids/Fremont. Upon joining our team in 2023, he has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He has many certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration, including Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Carpet Cleaning. He also has experience with fire and storm restoration. Ben manages and creates relationships with our serving areas including Insurance agents and adjusters. He is a dedicated member of our team and community, Ben also promotes awareness about our services so people know where to go in case of an emergency.

When he isn't working, Ben loves and appreciates everything outdoors. He proud member of the Rotary and loves to give back to his community. To us he's Uncle Ben!

Amanda is our highly energetic, extremely talented and always a joy to be around Financial Administrator! Amanda is a crime documentary junkie, loves enjoying the outdoors, and spending free time with her family watching football!

We are over the top excited and happy that she is part of the SERVPRO family!

Meet Nick!

Nick is our Job File Coordinators here at SERVPRO of Big Rapids/Fremont!

As a job file coordinator, he writes estimates, completes job uploads, and performs audits! Nick is a huge fan of movies, some of his favorites being Boogie Nights and Goodfellas. Prior to working at SERVPRO, Nick worked for a baseball team for 6 years. He's left handed, and is the official champion of our office fantasy football team, defeating his rival / coworker, Steve Smith.

Carly is one of our Job File Coordinators here at SERVPRO of Big Rapids/Fremont! As a job file coordinator, she writes estimates, completes job uploads, and performs audits! Carly is a social butterfly and brings a lot of laughter to the office daily. She has 3 beautiful kids and loves to play basketball!

Ahmad is of our Shop Manager / Trainer here at SERVPRO Big Rapids / Fremont! He leads crews and oversees training onsite active jobs, including specialty jobs, such as soda blasting, spray sealing, and mold remediation. Ahmad is married, and they have four beautiful kids. He enjoys learning new things, and overcoming new challenges. Ahmad is super handy to have on our team as he is always willing to step in and help wherever is needed.

Joel is one of our amazing production techs, and he's the type of guy that always goes the extra mile to get something done.

Melissa is our Construction Division Manager that other sees all departments dealing with reconstruction needs. Melissa comes with a lot of knowledge and experience in the construction field and loves to see projects come together for the customer. Melissa joined our team in 2022 and she's been thriving every since. She's a team player that is always willing to step up to help!

Melissa is a busy mom to her beautiful kids and loves warm vacations when the time lets her.

Melissa is our Construction Office Admin. She comes from a background of always putting customer first and always finding the solution to any problem that comes across her desk. Melissa joined our team in 2024 and is loving her position. Melissa will be one of the friendly voices that you may hear when calling SERVPRO as she supports her team in reconstruction.

Melissa is a great Mom to her 3 kids and she's always whipping up some goodies (Banana Bread) for the team.

Jonas is one of our hardworking Construction Project Managers at SERVPRO of Big Rapids/Fremont! Upon joining our team in 2023, Jonas has been a huge part of taking care of our customers daily. He comes with a lot of experience and knowledge in the construction industry.
