Our apartment building had a frozen pipe that burst. SERVPRO had been especially busy that day with other customers who had the same issue. They were still able to send a team, and make use of their equipment to quickly vacuum up the water, place fans and dehumidifiers on 3 floors. The follow up by their employees was phenomenal in that he communicated thoroughly what had been completed, and what areas still needed attention. We were given the option to have them continue our take further steps with our own maintenance staff.
